Trill Farm is a 300 acre organic farm that has been developed as an employment and education hub. It is committed to providing inspiring and experiential learning opportunities focused around the natural environment, sustainable living, health and wellbeing.

The farm also comprises of a number of diverse independent and ethical enterprises that include a market garden, livestock farming, carpentry and soap making workshops, as well as kitchens and dining space. The farm also includes high quality and diverse habitats and wildlife.

You will work as part of a team of people at Trill Farm and help develop it as a successful commercial enterprise and establishing an education and training enterprise that demonstrates good farming practice, sound business ethics and responsibility for the environment.

Core activities and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the organisation and daily running of the farm office.
  • To be the face of Trill Farm and ensure all visitors receive a positive experience.
  • Update website and support marketing projects with social media.
  • Co-ordinate and manage bookings for courses and events and ensure all information is clearly communicated.
  • Manage bookings and ensure successful running of the guest house and eco campsite.
  • To support the Farm Director to ensure Trill Farm is both successful and profitable.
  • Assist in developing and maximising online sales.
  • To carry out research necessary to get new projects up and running.
  • To assist with the structuring and setting up of projects, working to a budget.

Person Specification:


  • A good communicator with a confident, personable approach.
  • Efficiency with a good sense of order and an eye for detail.
  • A confident user of technology.
  • Experience working as part of a busy team
  • Must enjoy taking responsibility and running projects.
  • Flexibility.
  • Copy writing experience.
  • Current driving license.


  • A love of nature and the outdoors.
  • Education to degree level.
  • An understanding of issues surrounding health, wellbeing and sustainability.
