Our vision is to ensure that 30% of Kent and Medway - land and sea - is managed to create a healthy place for wildlife to flourish.

We currently have an exciting opening for an experienced management professional to join our organisation in the role of Chief Executive. The post is particularly suited to someone with a proven commitment to the conservation or our wildlife heritage.

This role coordinates the Trust’s operations, working closely with a professional Senior Management Team to ensure that we operate within agreed objectives, policies and budget, and fulfils requirements of its charter and charitable status. The post holder will support the Trustees, enabling them to perform their responsibilities for oversight of the Trust’s activities, governance, resources and strategy.
