The post holder will deliver energy advice across a range of our home energy projects. This will involve providing appropriate telephone-based and face-to-face advice on all aspects of home energy efficiency, as well as accurate recording of client details and information on outcomes. There will also be some in-depth casework.

The role may also include working on CSE’s energy efficiency schemes, including day to day management of client claims, data entry and analysis, liaising with customers and preparing reports.

The successful applicant will be organised and empathetic and able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with an enthusiasm for giving domestic energy efficiency and money advice.
