Community Windpower Limited is looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their busy renewable energy team at their Head Office in Frodsham. The Office Manager's role includes responsibility for the delivery and management of essential business functions, with key duties including:

  • Oversee administration of HR systems e.g. staff holidays, sickness, absences;
  • Responsibility for HR paperwork and ensuring personnel records are kept up to date and secure;
  • Management of office space and meeting rooms including the management of a new office build;
  • Assistance with organisation of corporate events;
  • Ensuring a healthy and safe working environment;
  • Booking staff training;
  • Filing and archiving;
  • Errands and ad hoc duties as required by the business.

Keys skills required;

  • Experience of working in a similar role and relevant qualifications;
  • Experience of working in HR with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent computer skills including full Microsoft Office software;
  • Confidentiality as handling personal information;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

The role is a permanent, full time position (Monday: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Tuesday – Friday: 9am – 5.30pm) and the salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Successful candidates must have a clean, valid full driving licence and access to a pool car will be provided. Local candidates are preferred.
