  • Manage and inspire direct and indirect reports, leading the North Outreach function and being an integral part of the wider regional management team. You will provide inspirational leadership and build excellent relationships internally and externally, unlocking opportunities and potential, and supporting the team to operate as effectively as possible.
  • This is a home-based role and travel around the Northern England region will be required as well as travel across the UK.
  • This role does not initially come with a company vehicle, however after a 6-month period in-post we will review vehicle business use to see if the post-holder is reaching the eligibility criteria as stated in our Company Vehicle Policy.
