London Tree Ring Director

Opportunity to bring your vision, strategic thinking and management skills to provide strong organisational leadership for the Tree Ring Project, some background of which can be found HERE, furthering the work to create a superhighway of nature encircling our capital.

The Director's role needs someone with strong advocacy skills, to be the public and private face of the Tree Ring Project, ideally with a background delivering large scale land management projects, familiarity with regulatory frameworks and capable of handling and analysing diverse amounts of data.

Reporting into CPRE London / Tree Ring Steering Group, you will be involved with managing dedicated volunteers and handling relationships with landowners and our organisational partners and stakeholders such as London Urban Tree Partnership. Part of the role will include building diverse and sustainable income from a wide range of funding sources.

Depending on future funding, there may be the capacity to increase hours and potentially employ a Tree Ring Officer to provide you with additional dedicated support.
