Are you passionate about the environment and seeking a new opportunity? If so, Bidwells is
looking to add two Environmental Consultants to our Natural Capital team in Cambridge. These
outstanding roles offer the chance to work at the forefront of the Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
market.
Due to increasing volume of work, we’re considering applications from graduate through to
senior level. This is an exciting opportunity to make significant contributions to our Natural
Capital and Biodiversity Net Gain service lines, working on the establishment of strategic and
well managed natural habitats that provide significant environmental and social benefits.
We are at the forefront of the BNG market, having provided guidance on the creation of over 35
habitat banks across England, providing solutions for developments with off-site BNG needs. Our
unparalleled experience in this field has led us to working on high-quality projects with blue
chip landowners including many of the country’s leading conservation NGOs, institutional
investors, and landed estates.
The Natural Capital team sits within the Rural department in Bidwells which manages, consults
and offers strategic advice on over 1 million acres of farmland and estates across the country,
working with some of the UK’s top-performing rural businesses including individuals, trusts,
colleges, charities and companies.
