At Bradford Community Environment Project (BCEP) we believe everyone should have a connection with the natural world. We should all be able to enjoy quality green spaces, appreciate the worth of healthy fresh food and be motivated to play in and care for the world around us.
BCEP contribute to the sustainable regeneration of Bradford district, through effective environmental programmes, inspired by community need.
BCEP provide: green space improvements, environmental education and play and specialise in sustainable local food production.
The organisation started in 1996 and registered as a charity in 2002. During 2014 BCEP’s programmes served 16,493 beneficiaries, benefitted from 207 volunteers, created 45 habitats and worked with 99 local and six national partner organisations.
