Through this experience you will work towards improving your employability skills. You will take responsibility for various farm and residential tasks, and lead our team of residential trainees, motivating and inspiring them and modelling positive ways of life.

You will gain knowledge and practical experiences required by the nature conservation sector through workshops and courses, as well as develop your confidence in transferable skills (leadership, collaborative working, organisation and effective communication) through your day-to-day responsibilities on the farm. You will be encouraged to live sustainably during your time with us, helping out in our organic garden, assisting with the farm tasks and shared community life of the residents.
