Virtual Meet Ups (VMUs)

These Virtual Meet Ups are an opportunity to keep in touch and share skills and knowledge during lockdown. They are short natural history webinars, comprising of a 30-40 minute talk followed by a question and answer session. We host them on Zoom, we will send out joining instructions on the day of the event. 

Adders – Ecology and Conservation Work in Rockingham Forest

John Baker will be joining us in this VMU, he works on behalf of the Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust as a partner on the Back from the Brink’s Roots of Rockingham project. The adder is a target species in this project.This virtual meet up will address adder conservation within the Roots of Rockingham project. It will cover natural history of the adder and the current conservation issues for this priority species.
