London Environmental Educators' forum is thirty years old. See more on our website here. This Conference is a celebration of Urban Environmental Education and includes the following: 

  • Emeritus Professor Bill Scott, of Bath University, a long-term thinker, researcher and academic in Education for Sustainability. 
  • Dr David Dixon, former primary head of two diverse sustainable schools in Nottinghamshire and Woolwich. Now writer and consultant on Sustainability in education, LEEF member, and London resident.
  • Dr Melissa Glackin, senior lecturer in science education at King's College London, LEEF fellow and long-term researcher.
  • Justin Dillon, Professor of science and environmental education at the University of Exeter, and president of the National Association for Environmental Education.
  • The Green Schools Project, supporting secondary students to build skills for the future, both critical, practical and conceptual
  • Urbanwise, specialists in teaching about and in the urban environment.
  • Richard Sylvester, urban storyteller and LEEF fellow
  • The Natural History Museum education staff will lead an urban-based educational tour of the museum.
  • Kew Gardens youth and Community specialists
  • Dusty Gedge, specialist on ecology, green roofs and wildlife gardening
