Forest School Level 3 Course "Certificate for Forest School Leaders"

The course takes place at our Wolseley Centre Headquarters between Stafford and Rugeley as well as on one of our woodland nature reserves (Georges Hayes) 

This professionally recognised course is delivered via Open College Network (West Midlands). This course provides the qualification and recognition to deliver Forest School  programmes within an educational setting. The course is ideal for those within mainstream education or outdoor/environmental education. The course is a combination of both  theory and practical with the Forest School ethos and principles embedded within the course. Over the nine days of the course you will cover a wide range of subject  matter, from managing risk and safety in the outdoors to learning theory, woodland wildlife  identification, tool use, practical skills and more.
