This one-day course aims to prepare and equip those who work in the outdoors with both children and young people. We will be covering a wide range of subjects, from risk assessment to group reflection, and share a range of engaging and fun activities that can be adapted to any age group. We will also focus on methods of managing challeging behaviour and facilatating child led play and exploration in the natural environment.

Course tutors: Duncan Coleman - Stafforshire Wildlife Trust. Duncan has a wide range of experience working with a diverse array of groups, from working with toddlers to university students and everything in between, and is an accredited Forest School leader and trainer
