Salary £27,000 p.a. pro rata (42 hrs FT) (Fixed term contract until March 2018)

**Deadline for applications: Tuesday 1st August**

We are currently seeking a new member of staff to coordinate our Events and Workshops, which strive to share waste reduction, upcycling and sustainable lifestyle advice throughout our community. Instead of contributing to over-production and systemic environmental degradation, we want to create a community of people skilled in repair and reuse to meet our needs sustainably with as little an impact on the planet and our wallets as we can!

In this role you will work closely alongside our Swap Shop Coordinator. Details of the shared tasks are outlined in the Job Description. Alongside their respective remits of Swap Shop and upcycling workshop coordination, the primary role of both Coordinators is to ensure that the co-op members who volunteer across the SHRUB organisation are well inducted to the principles of co-operative working, supported, feel valued and are able to contribute to decision-making through the Working Group they choose to get most involved in.

To Apply:

Go to the SHRUB website to download the Job Description Project Coordinator Workshops Events as well as some SHRUB Background Info.docx.

Please send CV and cover letter to by deadline. Interviews to be held Tues Aug 8th 2017.

Your cover letter should be no longer than 1 side of A4 and should demonstrate how your skills and experience meet the requirements of this role

Thank you
