Are you passionate about wildlife in Devon, and understand the need to gather and use information on the county's rich biodiversity to help protect and enhance it? Your role would be to support the DBRC team in the development of new products, services and survey programmes, by acquiring and managing relevant data sets to ensure we have the right information to support our work and that of our partners and clients. You will have experience of using GIS and Recorder 6, and have a good understanding of how complimentary software and its development can empower an organisation.

You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining high value relationships with volunteers who can help us deliver against our mission. Through supporting biological recorders and stakeholders, and organising events, you will help us to build on our reputation as the central repository for biodiversity information in Devon.

This role requires an agile, innovative and outward facing individual who can help DBRC meet the future challenges within our sector.

This is a full-time, permanent appointment based on 37.5 hours per week based at DBRC, Commercial Road, Exeter.
