Stepney City Farm is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation as we embark on our next exciting phase of growth. Based in the East End of London, Stepney City Farm improves lives through farming; we bring together our diverse local population cultivating well being and sustainability, with high-welfare, environmentally-sound farming, traditional crafts and community involvement.

Our new CEO will work closely with the Chair and Board of Trustees to develop and deliver the Farm's strategy and will take a lead on income generation and community engagement. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills and the capabilities to keep up with technology and the requirements of a growing charity. Someone who has forged their career in the charity sector, experiencing different roles and responsibilities and who has been responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of a small social enterprise or charity would be ideal. They will have a demonstrable passion for farming and horticulture and a conviction to the difference it can make to our local community.
