ROLE: Customer Engagement Officer
SALARY: £17,500 per annum plus monthly bonus
FIXED TERM: Full time fixed-term contract until March 2018

Environmental & social regeneration charity Groundwork is looking for energetic, people-focused Customer Engagement Officers to join us to support the delivery of the Thames Water, Smarter Home Visits Programme. The programme aims to help customers reduce their bills and water usage through free home visits to identify leaks, discuss methods of water usage, and to fit free water saving devices.

You will be responsible for generating appointments for the Smarter Homes Visit programme by telephone engagement activities and occasional field engagement.

You will be customer focused with strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small, dynamic and target focused team. Similar experience in customer-facing roles is preferable as well as experience in working towards team and personal targets.

The role involves the use of a customer contact database on a computer so some knowledge of using computers is required.
