With our new 2040 Vision and 2022 Strategic Plan just about to be launched we are looking for an inspiring leader to take up an exciting new role as Head of People and Wildlife. In this role you will lead and inspire a large and varied team of staff and volunteers, and work closely with other senior managers to ensure we deliver our vision and objectives.

The successful candidate will have strategic and operational responsibility for the Trust’s nature reserve management, community engagement and outdoor learning, the monitoring and recording of our activity and the development of volunteering to support our delivery in these areas.

The role will work closely with the other functions within the Trust to identify and secure funding to progress the development and enhancement of our nature reserves and our engagement activities, and develop partnerships to encourage innovative and exciting new programmes and projects.

The closing date for applications is Friday 10th March, 12noon, with a view to holding interviews on Monday 20th March at the Idle Valley Nature Reserve in Retford.
